“My wife and I had dinner a couple of months ago.
It was an absolutely amazing experience!
The food was incredible from start to finish, every dish was delicious and perfectly prepared and presented.
To make it even better the service provided by our waiter Santiago was great. Everything was perfect.
We’ll definitely be back!”
“I always have a great experience at the Moonlight Tavern. I've been coming there for years when I ski Big Sky. I love the giant fireplace and large windows that make it a pleasure to dine and watch new snow fall. The wine list is very good and the food has always been solid. I had an elk steak this last time that was superb.”
“We did the omakase dinner at the Hummingbird Kitchen pop up. Beyond amazing! Everything was so incredible. The dessert from Bozeman Cake was also delicious and beautiful!”
“Some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Great food truck/taco bus in Big Sky Montana. I did the 6 for $14. 3 steak, 2 shredded beef, 1 chicken. Amazing! Also great green sauce. Great service, very friendly. Order got done quickly. Will be back 🤩🙏🏻”

“It was well above our expectations when we first walked in. The burgers were amazing. Double smash burgers with grilled onions on onion buns were top tier. Others had the spring rolls, Philly cheesesteak (on a huge cheese roll), and caesar salad. We sat outside and had a great view with good music. A nice spot for a casual dinner.”
“AUSSIE COFFEE LOVERS SHOULD GO HERE.
Yes, it is possible to find a decent coffee in the USA. Good rich flavour, good texture, and alternate milks. Still no chocolate sprinkles, but still the best I found in Big Sky. And make sure you try the home made Scottish Shortbread - yum.”

“Not gonna lie... The place is much better when Gully is there. Gully's dad makes the coffee and handles the money. We know who really runs the place though. A great spot for local info. Try a muffin. Drink some coffee. Get some Big Sky flavor.”

“Great, must stop spot for delicious hot dogs w unique and yummy toppings( or plain ones like my kids eat ) . It’s a stop we all look forward to every time we come to Big sky! Ice cream is great too! All they need to add is Yoo-hoo to the menu, cause that’s the best hot dogs beverage!!”
“Shedhorn Grill simply what Montana is about, Gods Country, and "the Last Great Place" that is so peaceful and serene. True nature, uninhabited by the rest of america !”
“We reserved for bowling and dinner for a group of 11. Great fun, excellent food and drink. The restaurant seating is loud—the only negative to our great family night out.”
“Great food! Whether you get a pre-made sandwich from the hot case, or have them cook you up a burger and fries, you really can't go wrong. Very small seating area. We got our stuff to go.”
“My well-justified criticism of the Big Sky restaurant situation notwithstanding, Big Sky has really improved the 2nd floor food court since I was last here a few years ago. Pretty good food selection for lunch and you can get your food quickly and the food is hot and good. Biggest issue is there is not enough seating during prime time, mostly due Big Sky having too few dining location options and no real on-mountain lunch (Everett's=high-end, Shedhorn too hard to get to without accidentally winding up on a black diamond). Top of Mr. K is a perfect place to build a lunch dining option--spend your money there instead of the tram to the top that is planned, Big Sky.”
“Cafe & Bakery may sound generic, but it does all your traditional cafe & bakery items well and so it's aptly named! Our group had juices, smoothies, croissants, and Nutella croissants. Lots of satisfaction, no complaints. If you're struggling to find it, it's on the second floor of the brown building to the left of the ticket building. The marker on Google Maps is accurate, but there's no signage outside that confirm it.”

“Always a great fine dining experience. I highly recommend the flat breads, ribs, pasta, zucchini and of course cheesecake for dessert! My fav meal here. You can tell Angie takes great passion in her Bistro. 5⭐️ meal”
“Love this place. It’s our third summer in Big Sky, and we’ve been to The Brothel every year at least once. Staff are so friendly, the music is killer and the beer is delicious. So many great micro-brews that we can’t get our hands on up in Canada. So much to look at on the walls, too. Can’t get enough of it!”

“The omelette is good. Ask for crispy hash browns to get a real good crisp!
But the biscuits and gravy don't have sausage gravy, so it's a bit sad.
Sour cream on my omelette made it taste like I was eating a baked potato. Recommend other options on their menu than what I got if you go.”

“Came to grab a quick cup of coffee but then saw the breakfast sandwich menu and decided on an early lunch. We both had the Cowboy Croissant and agreed it was one of our best lunches while in Big Sky.”

“I wasn't expecting the food to be that good since it was up at the top of a mountain. Figured it would be kind of like the food at Knotts Berry Farm or Disneyland as far as quality was concerned. It turned out to be way better than I expected. It's not Morton's or Ruth's Chris...but it's really good! My wife had a steak and salad and I had the strawberry date salad with grilled chicken as the protein. I asked for several subs and add-ons and they were very accommodating. The service was great as well. Very attentive and overall it was a great experience!”

“This is our first time in Big Sky and feeling lucky to have Chet’s walking distance to our room. The Wild Mushroom pasta was sublime and the huckleberry ice cream…save room! Hubby had the Wild Game Meatloaf and it melted in his mouth! Thank you Allie took great care of us. Highly recommend Chet’s.”

“Stopped in solo on 6-7-26 (Sunday eve and decided to come in town for a couple drinks while camping up the road) - recommendation from a local that I met at another bar). Single artist singing while the sports game playing on the big screen- eventually staff turned off TV as the eve went on. Ordered glass of wine with the Trout dinner. Excellent! Loved the sides compared to the standard mash potatoes and veg side. Taste was great!”
