The picadillo tacos were delicious! The meat was extremely tender and perfectly seasoned 😋
Stopped in for dinner today ordered the enchiladas got the beef one and let me say probably was some of the best authentic Mexican food I've had in a very long time definitely recommend will definitely stop in the future
Best tacos I’ve had all year. Great prices and good vibes. Friends got the steak burrito and had good things to say about that as well.

Jalisco Taco Bus was fast, superb Mexican food with a variety of meat options. The tacos were well portioned and the tortillas were warmed in grease for flavor and texture. Grilled serrano peppers and marinated onions gave lots flavor. The salsas had a nice build able heat that was not so spicy. The torta was praised as one of the best, and the Quesabirria tacos were delicious. They sit at tables outside surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. The hidden gem had quick food for family on vacation or on the way to a cabin.
