Excellent food quality, I had the pork chop and it was cooked perfectly. Excellent wine list, excellent service.
Rondo took great care of us as we sat next to the fireplace and Carrie made the finest cocktail my wife and I have had on the mountain. Great spot to unwind and have a great drink!

Incredible service and atmosphere! The food was wonderful, and the menu offered extremely local game options. I highly recommend the sampler plate and maple bacon side dish.

It's a resort town and has resort prices. The sides were really great - great soup/mashed potatoes/salad/roasted carrots. We ordered a ribeye but it was probably some grassfed skinny cow. It was lean (aka not juicy), underseasoned and likely not aged (not much beefy flavor). Surprising for angus. I have cooked better choice grade steaks at home. We also ordered tenderloin tips for our boys. Also very dry. We dunked the pieces in the onion soup which was yummy. Service is excellent. I would come here again but completely forgo the steaks and save yourself money.
Waitress (Julianna) was great. All the drinks were excellent. All dinners were very good (burger, chicken, short rib, bolognese and steak frites) and we'd order them again.
Everything was wonderful. The short rib appetizer was delicious Excellent service and food
Lobster corn choweder is delicious and filling. Elk rack was very overpriced and came with no sides. Chicken-meh. Bolognese tasty. Desserts average. Great music, nice service, good atmosphere though tables a little close for my liking. Overall good, but over-priced.
We went here on Christmas and had the prime rib. Everything was excellent, from the food to atmosphere and the service. I especially loved that we that didn’t have to leave the hotel and go out into the cold. highly recommend!

Really wanted to like this place. Server was awesome. Food was not. I don’t usually write reviews and I am fairly easy to please. For $350 for 4 people I expected way more.

We had an anniversary dinner at Block 3. The food was phenomenal and we had wonderful service.
Great place inside the Wilson Hotel. They have a large bourbon selection. The Game Meatballs were delicious. The service by bar tenders, Rondo and Nathan, was excellent.
