Block 3 Kitchen & Bar

Unfortunately, our experience was far less than stellar. Our waiter really didn't seem to care about much - almost like he was just ready to leave. They were out of my drink choice, which I understand happens. My fiancé said his pot pie was just okay...nothing to write home about. My steak, while the flavor was decent, was so dry that I choked on my first bite. I've never had a medium rare steak be so dry. The mashed potatoes had no flavor. After we realized the food situation, we wrapped up our meal very quickly and left within less than an hour of being there. Maybe it was an off night, but I wouldn't return unfortunately.

We ate at the bar and had a great experience! Rondo experimented with a new drink for us (delicious) and we enjoyed the food and the conversation. He recommend the chicken because it was local, and it was incredibly flavorful!

The food was overpriced and the staff were condescending. I'm guessing we didn't look like their normal customer, as we'd been driving all day and were tired and dressed "comfortably." My father asked for two tickets for our party of four while we were ordering. When the server brought our ticket all on one at the end, and my dad reminded him we should've gotten two, the server said "most people just use PayPal" and walked away. Bold move for someone who hadn't been tipped yet, Chris! My husband's $75 medium-rare steak was well done. My mom's filet was ok, my dad's chicken was ok, and my lobster roll was ok. Everything was just ok.

Fantastic service, excellent locally sourced menu options, located near all the activity within Big Sky Town Center.

There is no sound proofing in this establishment. It is extremely loud and not good for conversation. We were a table of 2 and couldn't hear each other all night. The noise level was at a 10 all night. It was rough.

Great looking restaurant with tremendous ambience. The service was fantastic in terms of both the waiter's personality and the speed of service. Waiter was attentive. I had bison tenderloin which was tremendous and a watermelon, cucumber salad. I brought 5 friends and everyone was impressed.

we ate here while staying at the wilson hotel. food was great. service was efficient and quick. no complaints.

I don't know if we got lucky or what, but a 4.3 star average review does not match the service nor quality of food we received here. This may have been my favorite meal of our entire weekend, and we did not spare any expense while in Big Sky. We all shared everything we got, from the deer, to the bison, to the ribeye. Even the burger was superb. Nothing short of amazing, we were blown away by this place. The drinks too, I mean were just phenomenal. I got several different styles of old fashioneds, each was excellent. You guys really did an excellent job, thank you for everything

Rondo was the best!!

Rondo provided us with excellent service!! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very cozy!! Highly recommend!!

Had a lovely evening with my friends at block 3. The bartenders Kerry and Ryan took great care of us and had great recommendations. Great cocktails and food. If you’re visiting big sky you must visit block 3!

The food was so good the first time that we ate here again a few night later and ordered the same things. Parker rolls, Caesar salad, filet with a side of shrimp. It was all awesome including the drinks. And.. the service was great both times. We will absolutely be back.

The braised short rib practically melted in your mouth. Only downside was that it is fairly loud inside.
