Chicken Teriyaki
Tender chicken thigh marinated and sauteed in our house orange teriyaki glaze accompanied with white rice and seasonal vegetables.

Not a great experience. Sushi wasn’t good. The service was slow. We asked for outdoor seating. These seated us next to broken furniture and very rude, disgusting old men. Terrible experience. Don’t go if you like sushi.

All I can say is WOW! We are visiting Big Sky from the east coast where we have great seafood, and this completely exceeded our expectations. From the warm welcomes we received at the front door to our last bite and everything in between, our experience was top notch. Heather, Austin and Josh took amazing care of us and made us feel right at home.
Highly recommend the hand rolls, hamachi special with ponzu and truffle, and A5 wagyu, although I’m sure everything else...

Accommodating at a very high price. I didn’t want to make any fuss over being plant based but my husband asked. Super friendly and willing to make something different. I was going to be fine with what was on the menu. What we weren’t made aware of is the cost that this would come at. Almost 4x as much as a vegetable roll on the menu was a “freestyle roll” had planned on coming back many times during our visit but after the shock and disappearance of our bartender/server...
