Ordered a hot sandwich that took 45 minutes to make, and arrived cold because it had obviously been sitting out for an extended period of time. The fries were unsalted and soggy. The sandwich was partially filled and based on the flavor, I'm not sure if it had arrived hot it would have been much better. The server checked in after the food was delivered and I said it was cold and had obviously been sitting out. She turned around and left without comment and that was the last we saw of her until we got the check.
We visited this restaurant while on vacation from Tennessee. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad that was $22 and it was very small (in my opinion for the price) and the chicken was very dry and had a total of two Roma tomatoes cut in half for a total of four bites with tomato. Sadly, I didn’t take a picture. The atmosphere was very loud and the place is small so that made the noise worse. The staff were not overly friendly but not rude. When we walked in we were looked at a couple of times by the bartender before my husband finally asked if we were supposed to wait to be seated or did we seat ourselves. The waiter was attentive enough but not anything amazing. I’m sure some of my displeasure with the place is just cultural, being from the south, but my biggest disappointment and reason for the review was the overpriced, overcooked chicken with barely much else besides dry romaine lettuce, chicken ceasar salad. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone coming to Big Sky, MT
Really enjoyed the food as it all tasted very fresh. Great service by our server, Charlie. We had the Sheep Dip app (forgot to get a pic) but it was so good. I had the Cubano sandwich with the hand cut garlic fries. We’re originally from Tampa FL area which has a large Cuban presence, so we grew up eating a lot of good Cuban sandwiches. Was pleasantly surprised to get a very tasty sandwich out west & even on real Cuban bread (yes, it makes a difference). My hubby really enjoyed his Flat Iron sandwich. The other couple we were with raved about the French Onion soup and the BWOM burger. Only downside was it was extremely loud in there with lots of people. Very difficult to hold a decent conversation if you weren’t nearly screaming at each other. Also, they only have maybe 2 regular tables. All others are high tops. We would definitely recommend this place and would eat here again.
Great food! beyond expectations, Charlie was our server & his service was phenomenal! Would highly recommend this quaint little place! It is very loud but it is manageable!
We loved our experience here! We have been traveling for our 3 year anniversary and this was our favorite stop. We had lunch. Our view was spectacular. I regret that I did not get a photo of our food. We will definitely stop by here again on our next trip!
This place did not feel welcoming at all. Stares when we walked in. Was greeted with a smile but she then walked over and started whispering to someone else. Not sure what was said but it seemed weird. Was seated pretty quickly but provided with filthy silverware and the napkins were nasty with food. Got the server's attention and pointed out the nastiness of the napkins. She simply picked them up and said she would get some more. Brought back another set which was also filthy. No apology or anything. I was ready to leave but my girl suggested we stay. Food came out quickly and was actually very good. Had no complaints about the food at all. Not sure I'll recommend this place.
***Update***. In response to this rude a55 owner. I know where I was and what I had to eat. And your filthy napkins. I leave a review where I want to and how I want to based on my experience. Clean your restaurant instead of making of excuses. The image is of the bywom burger.
Cute and casual place for a great meal. The food was delicious! We had the sheep dip, a club sandwich, mushroom burger, fresh homemade fries, and homemade lava cake with ice cream for the finale. Everything was wonderful, fresh, creative and with great flavor! 10/10
Local favorite with great burgers and a friendly vibe. The food is really good!!

Food bad, music kept being turned up and down, didn’t get the happy hour price, when we asked about this serve crumpled up the receipt and said that will save you two bucks. Came back and said already in the computer so to bad, have a good night. Go somewhere else!

Was given a glass for water that had a few unidentified lumps on the rim (which they quickly rectified). Everything else was great - service, beer, and sandwiches.

The food was incredibly greasy and it left a bad taste in our mouths hours later. The service was extremely slow, we almost walked out because we waited 10 minutes before someone came to get our drink order. They only had 4 tables of customers and 6 workers standing around doing nothing. Go anywhere but here if you want good service and food.
