They did not honor the open table waitlist. It stated we were first on list and when checked in, we were told the table was being cleaned off by the manager. Our table was given to another family by other hosts and we were told that they had reservations although this restaurant states that they do not take reservations. To rectify, the manager did seat us at a sofa seating area outside of the restaurant. We did not have a table to dine on which made it difficult to enjoy our...
We stayed at this resort so ate here multiple times. The food is decent. Nothing to write home about. The servers and bartenders were fantastic. It could get a little loud at times with some of the crowds.
I’ve never eaten worse food from such a nice restaurant. Charcuterie board had insanely salty cheese & meat full of gristle. Grapes were very good. Kids chicken strips were decent. Chocolate cake was crumbly and very dry. Chocolate shake was amazing. So disappointed in this meal after a long day of travel.
