My kids and Grandkids shared our 50th anniversary here, in June. We couldn’t have been happier. The food was fabulous. The service was fabulous. We all had different dinners and there are no complaints on any of it. All perfect and delicious. The manager went out of his way to make it special for us . Everything was perfect and better than we could have imagined. Thanks for the memories

Billy the bartender & Jordan “crab man” the waiter/server both went above and beyond to make our multiple visits to Chet’s welcoming and friendly. They were both hustling to help customers, clean tables, and tend to all of our wants and needs. They were the highlight of our trip. They help to create a welcoming and warm atmosphere and both gave impeccable service. They are definitely the best part of staying at The Huntley. I will be back in the future and hope to see both still on staff and hopefully with a much deserved raise. The food and drinks were great for all 4 meals we had over the weekend, but the service was even better, Thank You!! -Mary from Billings/Seattle

Had a great meal here during the fall for a conference I attended. Chad the manager was awesome and made sure we had tables and a great experience. The whole staff was solid. Food was great. Chad was above and beyond.

This placed has turned around dramatically! A year or so ago when we were at Chet's, the food and service were mediocre to poor. This time, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. Chadwick is phenomenal and greeted us warmly, and our waiter was kind, thorough, and attentive. The restaurant has been remodeled and updated, too. An excellent option in Mountain Village.
Good ambiance, food is ok, creative composition, service is slow, took about 40 minutes to get the food we ordered.

Ribeye was a poor grade of beef and tastless The hostess was rude. We went 20 mins early for our reservation and made us wait at the bar till exactly 7:30 when there were ample empty tables Salad ordered had mostly lettuce which tasted like it was dumped out of a bag
Breakfast buffet was stale and cold. Dinner was always fresh and tasty. Servers were all very friendly.

Stopped in for dinner after driving in from SLC. The host greeted us immediately and was very friendly. Our server came over just after we sat and he was extremely personable. I think his name was Jimmy. Very nice guy from Georgia. We ordered and we chatted a bit more about the area and other things. The food came and it was good. I got the fish tacos and the pineapple salsa was delicious. My husband got the burger and he enjoyed it. The food would’ve been a 5/5 but something was super spicy that it was hard to finish. Overall we liked it and we would definitely come back when we’re in the area. I hope you keep that wonderful server around because he really was a breath of fresh air!

Let’s begin from start to finish, took 4 phone calls just to get connected to place an order. Was told 30-40 minutes cause they’re busy, arrived to get the food, finding this place was as tough as finding big foot in the state of Montana. I found only 1 random door unlocked in this multi dimensional maze of a building, asked a random employee where “Chet’s Bar and Grill” is and they look at me like I have 2 heads, 0 signs to lead you where to go to find this place. I finally find it! The place is dead as can be, the phones ringing and ringing and the bartender is just looking at it almost like it’s a scam caller…. (No wonder I had to call 4 times to order food). We finally pay, and get back to the room, the pasta is a little hard similar to the thickness/hardness of a air head candy and on the colder sider even though our airbnb is less than 2 minutes away. The soup is thick as can be and even better yet, A hair was found in it!! The only thing that made this place decent is their huckleberry cheesecake. So if you like cheesecake come here! Otherwise if you want horrible service and a game of hide and seek to find this place with some hairy soup and salty pasta avoid it at all costs!

The food at Chet's inside Huntley Lodge is great. We have eaten the breakfast regularly during our stay and it has been very good each day. French toast is fantastic, Huntley breakfast plate is great, all of the meat -bacon, sausage, and ham were all delicious. Beyond the food and atmosphere being great, the service is phenomenal! Zuki is amazing. Our kids requested her each morning and she is the sweetest and kindest person. She is attentive, knows the food and restaurant well, and overall made our experience wonderful. We have encountered many great employees as well, but Zuki has been the best!

Disappointed in the quality of our proteins. The appetizers were delicious, but the salmon on our salads tasted like it came out of a freezer. Ribeye was fatty, chicken was dry. Service was good, but too expensive for the quality we received.
The price's are high for the food you get and the fish taco's which you get 2 of them for $25 were completely over priced. The fries were salted way way to much. My pasta was ok. We would not go back.
Food was great! Was not a fan that the scenery was the pool and hottub, but that's just me maybe

Absolutely the worst food ! My trout was over cooked to where you could hit it against the wall. My husband had steak and so dis my son. Both said it was just okay. The waitress and manager were both extremely nice and went out of there way. We were not asking for handouts but thought they needed to know the food needs much attention!
This was a disappointing dinner for 6. Our server was friendly and gave us good recommendations, commenting on which dishes on the menu were "hit or miss." The food was just fair, and very expensive for what we got. ($20 for four wings!) The large windows which should have afforded a view of the mountain were clouded and dirty, only giving glimpses of the pool. Overall, sorry to say I would not return or recommend.
