My wife and I came for a 3 night anniversary spa trip. No one let us know that the men’s spa facilities were out of order until we arrived at the spa. The men’s steam room and whirlpool were out of order, which is unacceptable for a spa resort. In addition, we had housekeeping issues: dirty gloves left on our table on top of purchased snacks, all towels removed and none left in room, and next day room entered despite do not disturb.
