Everett's used to be such a special place when it opened but sadly it's gone down hill ever since and is no longer worth the money. They've packed so many tables in to the dining room it's hard to get around. The music is insanely loud and felt like we were in a club not a mountain side restaurant for dinner. The food was bland and cold and really not worth the money even with the amazing view. They would be better off sticking with some cozy, simple mountain...
My husband and I dropped in randomly as we had time to kill. We ate at the bar and can’t stop raving about this restaurant. Luis was our server/bartender and he was phenomenal! The food was incredible. Wish we had more time as I would go back today for another lunch. I will be dreaming of their salad and seafood sandwich!
We have been visiting Everetts 8800 for almost 10 years. It was always a place we enjoyed having a light lunch during our ski escapades. This year (2025) we made our reservation, expecting the same atmosphere and we so disappointed. The menu had changed to now being only a four course meal at a price of $155/person!! Gone were the wonderful salads, the truffle fries, and the burgers. It was always a festive atmosphere, with loads of people gathering and talking of their ski...
