We were on vacation and needed some quick food. They were very fast considering how much we ordered. There were 6 of us, adults, teens, and littles. We ALL loved the food. We have lots of Mexican food options at home and what we got at Jalisco Taco bus was superb. There were so many options including a variety of meat. Atmosphere... It's a Taco bus. But there are tables outside that we ate at, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery.

My family and I stopped by on our way to our cabin and we were so so glad that we did. Between all of us, we got various taco meats and a torta. That torta was one of the best I have ever had, and that’s coming from a mexican who lives in LA lol. The tacos were well portioned, and I loved that the tortillas were warmed up in what i’m assuming was some kind of grease because it gave them lots of flavor and texture. We all appreciated the grilled serrano peppers and the marinated onions that came with our dishes The salsas were also really good, and not so spicy that you couldn’t enjoy it. They had a nice build able heat! This is definitely a hidden gem that we’ll come back to!!
