We were on vacation and needed some quick food. They were very fast considering how much we ordered. There were 6 of us, adults, teens, and littles. We ALL loved the food. We have lots of Mexican food options at home and what we got at Jalisco Taco bus was superb. There were so many options including a variety of meat. Atmosphere... It's a Taco bus. But there are tables outside that we ate at, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery.
My family and I stopped by on our way to our cabin and we were so so glad that we did. Between all of us, we got various taco meats and a torta. That torta was one of the best I have ever had, and that’s coming from a mexican who lives in LA lol. The tacos were well portioned, and I loved that the tortillas were warmed up in what i’m assuming was some kind of grease because it gave them lots of flavor and texture. Saw this Taco Bus and was initially tempted by the 6 tacos for $14 but opted for the Quesabirria tacos. They did not disappoint. They were delicious. I tried a VERY little drop of the hot sauce and that was a big ol’ nope for me. I am a wimp on spice so if you are not it’s hot!
