It came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Exceeded our expectations in every way. The pork chop was unbelievable along with the leek soup and beet salad. Topped it off with a warm brownie sundae that was unbelievable.

I hate to leave a bad review but honestly terrible experience. Food is mediocre at best. Shaken bourbon manhattan for $20. Shaken, my kids know you never shake bourbon. Ordered the special appetizer of eggplant based on the servers recommendation, only to see on the bill it was…. $34??!!! 3 thin slices of breaded eggplant with no seasoning. Are you serious?? Cesar salad was $16 and the size was embarrassingly small. Asked for a recommendation and was told “the old people like halibut”. Wow. Never again

Michael was our server and was horrible. When we asked for recommendations he said “the halibut, old people like it” (we were a table of 30 year olds). When ordering our meals he didn’t ask temperature on any of our meat, we had to ask him if they take a temperature. The appetizer he recommended, which was eggplant burrata (they used mozzarella instead of burrata, with three pieces of eggplant) was 34$. He was incredibly unfriendly and gave absolutely no service. The food was subpar. Not a single manager in sight the entire time we were there.

Great ambiance and service. Two of us ordered the bison and we both agreed our cuts were incredibly tough and the calamari was underwhelming

Trish is absolutely amazing. Drinks were to perfection! I typically don’t eat fish, but the halibut was to die for. Huge shout out to the chef and bartender!

The food was just, ok. Nothing was seasoned very well. Calamari was almost flavorless. We got several fish dishes and a steak dish, none were outstanding.

My husband and I popped in while on a hiking and fishing excursion in Big Sky. No reservations were available so we knew getting in would be risky but we were immediately sat at the bar. Service was excellent from when we stepped in until we left. The food was excellent. We had carrot ginger soup, halibut, and tuna. We enjoyed a bottle of red wine and the homemade bread. Airy, friendly atmosphere. Could not have been a warmer, more delightful dinner experience.

Excellent food & cocktails. My Elk dish was cooked perfectly and the sauce was out of this world. Great job!

Was not expecting this level in a ski town. One of the best pork chops I’ve ever had, better than Houston’s that’s perfectly cooked in a sous vide. Elk was also delicious. Wish we had found sooner in our trip. Small venue, so book reservation in advance. We snagged a couple bar seats. Drinks were great too.

We had a great dinner at Olive Bs. Julie was a great waitress and enjoyable to chat with. The food and atmosphere were great!!
Loved the place! Bison steak was great, perfect medium-rare like I asked. Normally I don’t care much about the sides, but fries were really really good too.
Also got couple cocktails, old fashioned was prepared with a crushed ice instead of a single big cube, but was really good even like that.
Would definitely be back
Great food, service, atmosphere!
The grilled pork chop is out of this world amazing, and the mushroom risotto last night was incredible. Olive B's has maintained consistent, outstanding quality, staying a top restaurant in both cuisine and service for decades now. Kudos! Always an excellent choice.
Amazing food and Amazing service!!!
