When we were first sat, service was good, our order was taken promptly and drinks were brought right out, but then after we received our food service ended completely. We never saw our waitress again, I asked two different servers passing by for ranch and drink refills, none was brought. Finally after about 30 mins and me flagging down someone else our sodas were refilled, by then we had finished our meals. Another server finally came to inform us that our server had to leave and the person taking over was too busy to come over and let us know. She laughed while telling us. We just paid and left. The view was great but the food was just ok and the service was not great for how many people they had running around. Next time we will skip the restaurant and just get cafe food.

5 pm reservation time was perfect. And we were first in line at 5 so I feel we got the absolute best view table for 2. The food was great. One had ribeye and the other salmon. My salmon was overcooked , but I failed to tell the waiter that I wanted it between med rare to medium . Wedge salad blue dressing really good. Dark by time we left so perfect for viewing the lights.

The service and ambiance were excellent. The mushroom ravioli was delicious. The caesar salad and lettuce wedges were crisp and very flavorful. The meatloaf was not thoroughly cooked and was very wet but the flavor profile was goid. The mac and cheese was adequate but notboutstanding.

The hostess was great and seated us earlier than our reservation per our request. The server was nice but the service was disorganized. We received our food long before our drinks even made it to the table. I requested and extra plate which never came and the tea we ordered came when we had nearly finished the meal. The cost far outweighed the quality of service. I had higher expectations based on the price.

The servers were not attentive. They were not listening to our requests - they looked distracted

We had the most wonderful dining experience at Peaks! Nathan was our server. He was exceptional with his delivery snd friendliness. The salmon and wild mushroom ravioli dishes were delicious. Family was visiting from Florida and they had such a memorable time on the tram and at Peaks!

Just what we'd hoped. High quality food in a gorgeous setting. We were lucky to get one of the tables high up by the far corner, so we had a spectacular view, but all the tables have gorgeous views. We shared a salad, sandwich, and ravioli, all tasty. Good coffee too.

It was pleasant inside the restaurant. The staff and our server were friendly. I ordered a well done classic burger but it was part medium. Overall we enjoyed eating at a 8500 ft elevation with great view!

Mushroom ravioli salty. Server forgot we had 2 birthdays which was the whole reason we came. People on the viewing deck walked back and forth and got in our photos. Water tastes terrible. Had to pay for filtered. Amazing views.

Food and service were top notch. I had the wedge salad and lentil soup. I also had a margarita, which was a little over salted. The service was excellent.

After hiking, nice place to have a nice sit down lunch or dinner with one fantastic view. Make a reservation! Service a little slow, but more view time was worth it.

Gorgeous views, good ambiance. Service was prompt. Food was a bit pricey for what you get, in my opinion. Generous pours for the wine. I got the vegetable coconut curry and it was delicious. My husband got the meatloaf and it was very tough/crusty in some areas, it appeared overcooked. He did bring the matter to our server's attention. I was a little disappointed that they didn't do anything to try to make it right, or at least give us a discount on the meal.

We arrived on time for our 3:30 pm reservation and were told the kitchen closed at 4pm. Waitress was fabulous. Food was ok. Very disappointed we were shoved into the upper space with another couple and while we were eating the staff was using vacuum cleaners which made conversation difficult. We can't really figure out why our bill even with tip was as high as it was. Disappointing to eat an an architectural digest restaurant and be stuffed up in a corner where we didn't have the Mountain View mostly bc Christmas decor was in the way. Would not recommend.
