What a great find! Stoped here on our trip in Big Sky and was so excited to find a pho place that catered for the vegan in our group as well. Delicious broth and healthy portion sizes. Highly recommend!
Absurdly good pho. I had the beef stew special, which is like a short rib party in a bowl. Carrot chunks and jalapeño coins fighting for your approval but the tomato broth brings it all together.
The beef pho and spring rolls were amazing!
I love that everything is packaged individually so the broth doesn’t cook everything before you start. I love that it’s a family business. There aren’t many places in Big Sky, I’d go back for sure!
