Ordered a blizzard for the nostalgia - upon served flipped it over to see how frozen it was, and immediately saw the slide

The ice cream was good but the staff are from a part of the world where it is culturally acceptable to handle all parts of your ice cream cone with bare hands after touching the cash register and money. HEY GUY DO YOU SEE THE PAPER PART? THAT’S THE PART YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO TOUCH!

Avoid! Prices are double the price in kalispell. Not worth it. Did an online order, called to cancel right away. They will not answer the phone. I was still charged you even thought the pick up time was after they are closed and I tried calling, left a VM. (It was a blizzard and a soda not food). This local owner is also avoid emails from Corporate. Just avoid this location, you will never be refunded for services you never received.

Went today, ordered the chicken strip basket, it was brought to me within 3 minutes so I figured it wasn't fresh, it wasn't, dry chicken and hard fries, couldn't understand what they were saying, wasn't sure if they were talking to someone on their ear buds or to me

Used to be great burgers ,yesterday it tasted like it was cook morning served that late afternoon. Fries so dry.

Great Dairy Queen, even though it was busy, they were very kind and gave my dog benjie a treat.

Took my grandson here for lunch after his Church camp. The staff was very friendly, the service was fast and the food was delicious. The lobby was very clean and so were the bathrooms.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves attention. I ordered a cotton candy Blizzard and was shocked to find random chunks of chocolate in it — completely ruined the flavor. My chicken strip basket came with maybe 12 fries total, which felt more like a sampler than a meal.

The cleanliness was extremely poor. I went through the drive-thru and received a bag that was greasy inside and out. Even the ranch cup was sticky and thick with who-knows-what on it. My napkins? Crumpled up and greasy too — completely unusable.

To top it all off, the customer service was non-existent. No smile, no “have a nice day,” just a flat “here’s your food.” It used to be a fun place to go, but this location has clearly gone downhill.

Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back — and I’ll be sharing this experience with friends, family, coworkers, and honestly anyone who asks. Disappointing all around.
