I gave one star in hopes that it will get the attention of whoever is the supervisor of one particular magnificently unpleasant blonde barista. I have lived in Bigfork for most of my life and stop by this coffee shop once in a while, as I absolutely love their coffee and their many other drinks! The only reason I (and many of my family and friends) do not come by much more frequently is because of this barista. The other baristas are all lovely! I have had 3 bad experiences with this particular one in the past few months. I am always polite, do not delay in handing her my card, etc. I arrived shortly before 11:00 am today, and when I pulled in behind a vehicle she was already serving, she kept glancing at me with a scowl on her face (she did this 4 times) and seemed very rushed (even though it was only me and that other vehicle). It actually made me a bit uncomfortable. When I pulled up to the window, she still appeared very much in a hurry and was just plain rude, short with me, and just made me even more uncomfortable overall. She took my card twice (because she forgot to give me an item, which happens and is no big deal). The second time I handed her my card, she snatched it out of my hand, and then after she returned it and the item to me, she immediately slammed the window closed as I was in middle of saying thank you. This was by far the worst of the three interactions I have had with her (the other times she was quite hostile and rushed but I did not feel this uncomfortable). Unless she is fired as she should be (in which I will definitely change this review to five stars) or a different barista is present when I drive by there every day, I definitely will not be returning from now on. Her attitude/demeanor is highly problematic and resentful.

Showed up 15 minutes before close. As soon we got to the window the lady asked “alright what are we having” making the hand spinning gesture like to hurry up. Literally the second we pulled up. We saw they closed in 15 and she acknowledged that brashly and just let her know we’d find somewhere else

I mean you better like your car as your dining atmosphere, and my friends say the coffee is always pretty good. The service here is kind of slow but of course it depends what you order, and how much you order. I would highly recommend going here, it’s so cute!

The coffee is amazing, customer service is awesome, except for this one gal. My mom and I came to the Florence Coffee in Bigfork at around 5:30 PM on 9/12/2024 to get some coffee, and the gal working that shift was just absolutely rude. Acting like she was in a big hurry even though we were the only ones there, rolling her eyes at us, telling us we we didn’t know what we were ordering, didn’t give us a pup-cup for our dog even though we asked her twice, and even slammed the door in our face after she started making the drinks. Just no reason to be so rude even if it is the end of your shift. On the receipt the name said Koiyah, but I’m not sure if that is the person we ran into, or if it may have been the person before her and they forgot to sign out.
