Our Experience started out a bit rocky but quickly got better. My husband called the restaurant around 6:30 asking about a wait time to get a table for two. The lady on the phone was pleasant and let us know there was no wait time. We jumped in the car shortly after arriving to the restaurant around 7:00pm. Very friendly wait staff. Our waitress was exceptional and went out of her way to answer questions. Was happy to see that most of the fish was wild not farmed and that organic soy paste was used for Miso Soup. Not a Japanese person to be found behind the counter but yet the sushi was prepared well. Our first time visiting from out of town and thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried. My husband has Celiacs and they accommodated everything we ordered-amazing! Out server was also attentive and very knowledgeable. If we lived around here we would be regulars. Atmosphere was also unique and fairly upscale for a sushi place
