everything was amazing. the food was cooked and made perfectly and tasted great! the workers were sweet and compassionate. they made sure that what i wanted was the right thing. tables were super clean aswell as the floors. 10/10 will come again, do recommend!!

Reese helped me and my fiance when we came in today. Despite him being in training he greeted us with smiles and a warm welcome. Kept conversation flowing the entire time, and made THE BEST sandwich, I’ve ever had. Reese even recommended something that I haven’t tried before, and it turned out to be amazing! I would come back more often, it’s just the manager really does not seem like a happy person or that they have the business in mind. The manager screwed up my fiancés sandwich and the pepperoni dipper. The dipper had no pepperoni despite her double checking which one we wanted. And there was barely any cheese. My fiance and I love the roll ups but that one was so bad we both had to put it down and waste it because of how bad it tasted. And she was incredibly rude to my fiance while there, which I do not appreciate. I give the service of the employees and trainee (Reese) a 20/10 best I’ve ever been served, but the atmosphere was so beat down bc of the managers attitude that it actually made me feel bad for the people having to work with her.
The date is 6/9/25. I hope the owner sees this, as this used to be my favorite subway, but after the last few visits, I’m just going to bring my business to polson for awhile.

Came here today, 06/09, to get a nice lunch. New trainee was working, name Reese. He was a G! Served up my boyfriend’s food fast and efficiently while making polite conversation. He did exactly what my boyfriend asked for the sandwich, and made it look immaculate. The manager though, made our experience not the best though. She just stood watching most of the time, glaring at her employees and us as well as the other customers. Then when she went to make our dipper, she asked what kind, we told her, and she still forgot an ingredient. This being, while she was in the middle of teaching Reese. Thank you Reese and Deborah for our great service! The blond lady that was there though just made it not worth our while.

Taste amazing. My favorite is a meatball sub. We only spent $7 per person which was nice for how good they were.I definitely recommend this place. The staff is friendly. They gave us free cookies of our choice. I also like the interior design. Overall an amazing spot to eat.

This small town Subway in Bigfork, Montana is incredibly well managed, super clean, and the joyful positive staff are always a joy to see and chat with. It’s everything and more you should expect from a quality town with the highest of morals, values, love, and discipline. They have gone above and beyond every time I arrive to demonstrate their incredible dedication and love of life, service, and community. Without any reservations I recommend this subway to the utmost degree for all whom are in the area. Food ok. Staff knowledge of sandwiches is limited and not very professional in the Subway building of sandwiches. Maybe an off day? May try again?

The food prep area was filthy. Dried up vegetables and gunk everywhere. Cutting boards were covered with a bunch of food remnants. The glass covering the vegetables was disgusting. Looked like it was wiped with a dirty rag, hazy and streaked. When asked when they last cleaned, one of the 4 teens behind the counter said yesterday. It was 4:30 pm. I told him the condition was disgusting, he spouted off "it looks fine to me". I left without my sandwiches. I should have asked for a refund. Worst Subway I've ever seen. Will not be going back again and wouldn't suggest anyone else eat there.

We ate here on November 14th at 2pmish. We were surprised at how dirty the sandwich making area was, and how the veggie ingredients were stale and old looking. The two employees were sitting around when we walked in when one, or the other could be cleaning and refilling the veggie storage. The sandwich was also soggy. I would like a refund.

My family and I ordered via the app as we were coming from Polson to visit family. We arrived at the Bigfork Subway a few minutes early. Per the app instructions, we remained in our car for curbside pickup. While waiting there were approximately 10, maybe 12 people inside. I looked a little harder and noticed that there was only ONE artisan working. ONE! This was not in any way, the artisan's fault. It seems that the MANAGER told the artisan that Sundays were not that busy. Another man showed up and my wife and I went inside to check. Our order had not been made yet as there were too many people and only the one artisan. We waited for our order. The young lady was absolutely amazing and very professional, keeping a smile on her face and talking with customers.My issue is with the manager. The artisan stated that she had only been working at this location for 5 days. 5 days! And she was left alone to fight the Sunday, after church crowds.The manager needs some more instruction in how to run a business. The owner needs to keep up with his employees. This was horrible for that young lady. I commend her and man she makes a good sandwich!
