Only gave a star because I had too! I was visiting family from out of town. The workers were so rude and absolutely zero customer service. Clearly other people feel the same way. đ€Ł I wonât be returning nor will my family who actually live there. I would suggest going to other ice cream places for anyone wanting a more welcome atmosphere! I mean ice cream is fun âŠright? Lol

My kids had the cookie dough ice cream and a mango smoothieâthey loved both! This spot is tucked away in a charming little downtown area with a few other small shops to stroll through. Definitely worth a visit!

Super rude owner and low quality options. I asked questions about healthier menu options for my daughter (aka if the smoothies were made from real fruit) ⊠and she laughed in my face, telling me her business name is âSUGARâ and spice and that they donât have anything healthy. Would not waste your time ⊠itâs possible to make healthy treats, and itâs always possible to be KIND.

I would've given a zero on service and atmosphere if this rating would let me. Owner plus two younger employees were very unfriendly. I felt embarrassed for bringing my visiting family into this business. Interaction from owner was very unprofessional, cold and rude. I love supporting local businesses but I'll find another place for ice cream in the future. The owner should be ashamed for running a business this way. Bigfork is an amazing little town which I'm proud to be a part of this community, but so embarrassed that this business represents Bigfork in any way.

The ice cream we had was great. We went two days in a row (small town) and the service felt abrupt both days. We were treated with service that felt non friendly and curt. We wondered if something was going hard in her life. I didn't even order on day two as it felt like a total inconvenience to the worker.
