“I stopped here for the first time recently. I would have left a review earlier, but I am a diabetic and only recently came out of my sugar coma. Since discovering Flours my insulin costs have tripled, my blood sugar levels have skyrocketed, and my glucose detection service animal has resigned and gone to live with the neighbor. Still, I will continue returning here even if it kills me.

Everything I've had is so fresh, so rich, and so delicious. My top 2 favorites are the almond chocolate croissants and the Tiramisu bars. And they have vegan brownies. Generally the only thing I care about being vegan is the lettuce and tomatoes on my hamburger, but those brownies are Flippin Delicious! I was planning on sharing photos of what I bought, but they kept getting ingested before I could remember where my phone is. You must stop in here for some fantastic baked goods, and tell them the fat trucker with little dog sent you.

The staff and crew are friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working, amazing people, with fabulous personalities, and clearly a love for what they do! The breakfast burritos are phenomenal, the pastries are delicious, the coffee is top notch! Make sure you try their mini donuts! Absolutely delicious! If you are not a coffee, lover, They have a great selection of fresh tea also! With lots of unique special recipes to tantalize your taste buds. My favorite part of all is that they are a dog friendly, establishment. The wall of dogs was the coolest thing I’ve seen yet! You can even bring your fur baby in to have coffee with you. And make sure you bring a picture of your Furry Best Dog Pal to put on the “Wall Of Dogs” and get 10% off your purchase. All in all, I would give this place 10 stars! A+ Love it and plan on returning as soon as I can.“

“My only complaint and it's not really a complaint is that I run out of bread because there's so much of everything on the sandwich! I don't eat sandwiches at other sandwich shops and always look forward to going to Off Main when I'm downtown. Anytime I've had a problem they've been quick to fix it. Yesterday the app to order from didn't show the classics (chicken salad, egg salad, etc) so I was afraid they had stopped selling those but when I went in to pick up my order, those sandwiches were still on the sign, thank goodness!! It made me step out of my comfort zone and order something different so I got the ham and the club and they are delicious! Just a glitch in the app. Has been my my go-to for sandwiches for many years, and for pumpkin bars and crinkle cookies!“

As the name implied this is an outlet and not terribly fancily decorated how ever the goods inside are fresh and as new and tasty as what you would buy at your grocery store they also have a discount rack with short dated goods. I understand people's frustration with the tops of bread coming off,we use machines from the old days(1970) so we work as hard as we can to make sure bread is of good qualityq( fighting a machine from 1970 is not a easy task)!! They did such an amazing job, and it was everything I asked for and then some. They were prompt and swift during the setup, and they were also amazing communicators from the time we had our tasting to the actual day. I would highly recommend these ladies for your sweet treat needs.“

The last couple of times we have eaten here they have had staff shortages in the kitchen and the wait for food has been almost extreme (35 minutes this time). They have had to limit their afternoon hours so that they don't burn out their current cook staff. Go back to work, people!“
