World famous ribs? I think not.
I’m from Texas and I would not put these in my top 20.
Now, they were not bad, just not “world famous”. They had pretty good flavor, they were tender and fairly good. I’d say in my top 50.
With my ribs I had the slaw and baked beans. Both were good sides. They have a mild and hot sauce. The mild was not good, the hot was ok. Both were very sweet and cover the flavor. I’m more for the Texas dip style sauce. Just...
