Hey I don't care what anybody says every time I come to Burger King in the heights, it's always fresh food and it's always friendly staff. I don't know why people say bad things about this place. It's good food and our four year old has a good time playing with kids and himself at the playground. Never once a bad experience! Cindie the manager is amazing too. Just a very friendly and nice experience every time. Thank you.
Kiddos and I go there frequently to play! This past week we were taken care of by an amazing young man named Tevin. He absolutely is the best! Played with my kids, joked with them, made them truly feel seen! Now my kids ask to go there to see him lol. The general manager Cindy came over to us and conversated for a few minutes with myself and my kids! I have worked in alot of fast food environments and never encountered or have be around fast food workers so amazing as these 2!
Food was cold, service was even colder, how is this place still in business? These are the ones that give burger king a bad name.

Burger King offers spectacular service with friendly staff and quick food preparation during busy times. The customer service skills are on point. Parking always has plenty of spots, with room for trailers. The restaurant is known for its amazing burgers. Some customers report getting old fries sometimes, and issues with soda and burgers not made correctly. However, others find the staff amazing, clean, and friendly, with Lister and a Chris ensuring food is correct every morning.
