Out of all of years I’ve ordered food from here, today was the first time I’ve ever had my order messed up but the way they handle the mistake was amazing. Manager Megan was apologetic and they were incredibly fast righting the mistake made. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Heights DQ. Keep up the good work!“

“We went in the afternoon probably around 1 - 130 or so & it was so busy. But it didn't take long at all to order, get through line, & find a table. But the time we walked to out table theye were being the tray of food to us. Even though it was really, really busy. Food was hot & very good. Price was a bit more than I like to pay, but I don't go that often so it's ok for an occasional visit.“

“The yeros are getting terrible. The bread on mine today was dried out to the point of cracking. The lettuce was drenched in dressing so it was wilted beyond eating they should get rid of the crinkle fries altogether because they are also horrible and are never hot. Yuk yuk yuk“

“There was a long line to order and it took a bit of time to get my food. The food itself was very tasty. Their prices have gone up, but unfortunately that is with every service industry 😕 The cashier seemed distracted or maybe bored. It wasn't a friendly feeling at all. The tacos 🌮 are delicious.“

“love the food its self but the casher was an idiot, the older man in front of me was frustrated wen we walked up, we had to repeat ourselves numerous times, she didnt now much about the menu, n didnt even try to offer us another employee who knew more, had to repeat my name 3 times n then i was asked to spell it she didnt count my change back to me or give me or offer my receipt to me I had to ask made sure she had my order rite in any case i walked away frustrated and mad she's lucky I dont get a chance to eat at Wendy's to often or I would have just walked out n went someplace else but love the food“

“This place is amazing. The service is great. The food is made quickly but not rushed. They have a drink fountain, and you can choose what is on the pita. Its not fancy, and the tables and chairs have a calm, simplistic look that is just perfect. I come here a lot, and they have only ONCE ever messed anything up and they were super nice about it. I would recommend this place to every person in billings if I could. If you haven't already, get food here!!“

“Ordered nacho fries, a steak grilled cheese stuffed burrito, a cheese quesadilla, DLT, and of course some Naco Fries. Everything was fresh, hot, and well done. As far as Taco Bells in town go, this one was spot on. The Nacho Fries were the best I've had. Kudos to the employees for actually doing everything right. Suprisingly, there wasn't anybody in the Drive-Thru line, yet the food was still as fresh as it was. Excellent! I know which Taco Bell I'm going to from now on!“

“I thought it was going to be a bad experience. I put in my order for a Whopper , and the cashier came to me about a minute later and told me that the correct buns had not been delivered yet. She offered to use a Whopper jr. Bun but that just didn't seem right to me. So I asked for a Double Whopper jr. A few minutes later, the manager approached me and gave me $2.50. So, since they didn't have exactly what I wanted, we managed to come up with a good solution and then only charge me for a single instead of double. So even though the place isn't perfect, they are doing what they can to provide better service.“
