The food remains a top contender in the fast food biz. #trademarksandwichs, but there app is very confusing. If your used to the great way McDonald's unveiled there app. That's not Wendy's. Employees don't talk about it and have to get a Manager to help them whenever it is brought up. Train your staff on the app for a more smoother flow of drive thru traffic. Food was hot, order was correct and the service was friendly. The lobby was a bit of a mess and both ketchup pumps were out. Told the kid taking orders and he didn't seem to care so I had to ask for ketchup packets from a different lady behind the counter...
