This was worth the wait!!I was not one of the many that waited in a crazy long line, but if I'd known it was so yummy I probably would have!! The young kid that was working- I think it's Rylynn- was amazing. He was well educated on the menu, answered my question professionally and suggested the chic noodle soup SO GOOD!! He definitely made the experience as wonderful as it was... The food was fresh and delicious too
Yes, the Chick-fil-A in Billings has had to work out some kinks! And over the past year, I would say they've drastically improved! Food quality/taste has gotten better, service is great! I'm a die-hard Chick-fil-A fan (I grew up in the south and went often). This Billings location was struggling initially, but every time I have gone back there have been drastic improvements! The drive through was busy and the dining area was not. According to the receipt it took 22 minutes to deliver to the table.The food was typical for this franchise. Only distracted one star because the waffle fries were only just barely warm when served.
