“Chau has got to be the best Chinese in Billings!!! My husband and I had takeout on Valentine's this year. The Teriyaki 3 is AMAZING!!! As an avid connoisseur of orange chicken since I was a young child, this was probably the best orange chicken I've ever had! It actually tastes like citrus instead of just super sugary. You get 8 sesame balls instead of 6, I can't stop raving about this place, this was incredible. 13/10 absolutely recommend!!!“

“I’m very picky about my hot and sour soup. Theirs is the best and really the only good kind I’ve had. Just tried some in a different state and it made me miss their hot and sour soup. I eat it when I’m feeling unwell and it clears out my nose and throat lol. Gonna pick some up when I get back in town!“

“I truly appreciate this restaurant. Love having them back. They have a great rewards proposal and also support Veterans on Wednesdays with a discount. I enjoy going for lunch or dinner and spending the extra $6 on a to go plate. That’s a very affordable lunch the next day and the leftovers taste just as great at home. (If they don’t taste great you didn’t mix the right sauce! Haha) Also love being able to load up on protein and veggies when cutting those carbs! “Okay, I’m going to start by saying, we have this place 4 stars because their staff is so nice and they catered to us so well. As people traveling, especially southerners from Mississippi…. We are the hospitality state… we are the home of soul food…. Bbq…. And just all around good eats. So, our expectations are generally the same expectations we have from home. My wife and I were not disappointed at all with the staff. They seemed like good hometown people with friendly conversation and they give this place a homely vibe. It’s almost like visiting family you only see once a year. The staff created the atmosphere. However, onto the food….
I think you guys should stop doing buffets. You should try to be a sit down, order your food, Chinese restaurant. There seems to be a problem with keeping the food warm enough during a buffet. I know the turnover on the food is low portions placed out at a time because they weren’t overly busy as a restaurant, which means putting out too much food would be a waste. This is totally understandable. But what isn’t understandable is how bad the quality of the food is when it sits out like that. The chicken in wet sauce turns to mush. The chicken in caramelized sauces (like brown sauce) becomes dark and chewy. The flavor was okay when the food came out fresh, but that freshness didn’t last for long. Like the steamer doesn’t keep the trays warm? The staff made sure to put out whatever we requested but I just think this restaurant would benefit much more as a single dish order restaurant where food is made to order. This message is intended for the OWNER of the restaurant. Truly consider being a to order restaurant and watch your reviews improve!“

“This place can get pretty busy but these people are definitely working hard to keep everyone moving. It can be a little annoying waiting there while they're filling up 100 mobile orders but lately they've been pretty good about prioritizing customers in store. The service is always really friendly and the employees are always working insanely hard. The food is pretty standard for Panda Express so it's good for every once in awhile.“

“Everything was good except the packaging for my take out. It leaked over the other things in my bag.. frustrating having sticky sauce on literally everything. Those little boxes leak profusely I had mushroom chicken in it. Container needs to change. Portion sizes were on the smaller when spooning up the sides.“
