I loved Jersey Mike's..I question them now. I ordered through grubhub. I got the Italian sub I said NO..oil because it is delivered and a BLT. We got oil. The sandwich was soggy. I just am not wanting to give a second chance. Plus grubhub? REALLY..Put the delivery by the door and ring the bell!!
Food is great, staff is very friendly, but the time is went the line was wrapped around tables and it took 30 minutes to get my order. There was only 3 guys working and they were busting their butts off getting everyone taking care of. They really need to hire more people, but with that said, I'll still go back for the #8! So be prepared to have a little bit of a wait in the Heights.
What a great place for a fantastic sub! The food was plentiful and made with care. The young staff were incredible personable and each team member worked cohesively. This is an extremely well run establishment with excellent staff. The food and service were both superb. Highly recommend.
