“I love this place, the lady who owns it is the highlight of going there. She works so hard to run that place. I have NEVER gotten a drink there that wasnt 10/10 show stopping amazing despite how difficult it can be to make perfect Boba. There are so many flavors and the texture is always perfect. “They know my dogs by name, they ask how they are doing all the time. Love the diy dog wash super clean and we are in and out in 30min. They provide everything from towels to dryer and they beat part I don’t have to clog up my bathtub. The daycare is top notch always someone in there watching the dogs and making sure they are all playing nice. They can see when dogs need a break and are proactive to avoid any issues. 10000000% recommend this place. Everyone is amazing and cannot recommend these folks enough. They really do care about our fur babies“

“I want to start out by saying I am a genuine fan of Mazevo. I really enjoy their coffee and usually their food. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is polite, and the menu looks genuinely appealing—especially the photos, which showcase generous, beautifully presented portions. I haven't had a bad experience until today. Unfortunately, today is where the good experiences start to fall apart.
What’s advertised and what’s actually served are two very different things. I ordered the Spice and Dice Breakfast Bowl for the first time today. The portion I received was noticeably smaller than what’s depicted in their promotional images—so much so that it felt misleading rather than just a minor discrepancy. When a business leans heavily on visuals to sell its products, there’s a reasonable expectation that reality will at least resemble the promise. Here, it simply didn’t.
It’s disappointing because the quality itself isn’t the issue—the coffee was decent, and what I did get tasted fine. But value matters, and presentation matters. If you’re going to charge premium prices and entice customers with eye-catching images, the least you can do is deliver something close to what you’re advertising.
I hope this is something they address, because it undermines trust more than they might realize. Until then, I’d recommend tempering expectations—or better yet, updating the photos to reflect what customers will actually receive.“

“The best choices are the pistachio cold brew coffee and the raspberry tart. They are my go to. Great atmosphere. I love the fireplaces! Only downside, usually you have a 5 to 10 minute wait to place order and another 5 to 10 minutes to receive your order. They have a shortage of staff, which causes the problem. However, that is the case for most businesses in the current market. I go there once a week. The staff are busy, but are polite and friendly.“

“Wow! I only wish I got the woman's name who helped me today. Above and beyond with helpfulness and answering my questions. I don't drink caffeine anymore so I got an acai protein shake and her recommendation was great! She really took her time with me and didn't rush. “We are on vacation and I made it a point to stop here for coffee because on past trips I have had a phenomenal experience. That was not the case today. When we entered, we were not greeted with a friendly “hello” or “good morning”, but instead were snapped at by this witchy woman saying “the line is over there”. I’ll offer an alternative, next time a “good morning! Please form a line over here and we’ll be right with you!” Next, the man running the register was very impatient with us as we decided on what we wanted, and he was quite rude as well, acting like we should know the difference between a latte and a macchiato. None of our party are coffee shop workers, and we couldn’t be expected to know this. Then, as a group of women came inside and stood in line, 2 ladies went toward the restroom and the man snapped at them as well saying “ladies, nope, you have to make a purchase first”. How embarrassing for those ladies! What if they had a medical condition? Or what if they simply wanted to wash their hands before getting food and drink? All this to say, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in this establishment today, and I’m not sure I’ll return on my next vacation because who wants to be yelled at first thing Saturday morning when you’re just trying to get a good coffee to start the day off right? Gross. I’d consider retraining those two employees and teach them some basic manners.“

Rarely are all the kiosks working so I may end up waiting for one to open. Most of the time I come in they seem to be cleaning the lemonade stands. Must be the schedule.

The ladies were so kind and carried the conversation through the window during the duration of my visit. My drink was absolutely perfect, and had been inconsistent at other city brews in Billings. “This is a new Starbucks. Very nice, but limited space. Starbucks used to be my favorite, but they up charge for every little change and have gotten out of hand.

Dietary restrictions: Oatmilk, Coconut, Soy milks available.“

“I love Starbucks coffee! I've tried City Brew repeatedly, what they just can't figure out how to make a dry cappuccino. Starbucks always gets it right! That's why I always leave a tip, sometimes fifty percent. I do have one observation that is not completely positive; i will leave a very generous tip when a barista properly makes the coffee that I like. HOWEVER.... Don't ask me to leave a tip when I get a cup of brewed coffee. Unless I am mistaken, the baristas and their helpers behind a counter are getting paid a fair wage to pour coffee from a pot into a cup. That requires absolutely no special skills, and workers should not expect a little extra for doing their job.

I don't know how the Starbucks baristas are able to make this drink exactly the way I want without overwhelming the coffee with too much milk, but they do it perfectly almost every time I visit! I LOVE IT!!
