The texture was perfect, melting in your mouth but staying frozen in the bowl for so long. It was a very generous amount too. My friend and I shared and we couldn't finish it all. “They know my dogs by name, they ask how they are doing all the time. Love the diy dog wash super clean and we are in and out in 30min. They provide everything from towels to dryer and they beat part I don’t have to clog up my bathtub. The daycare is top notch always someone in there watching the dogs and making sure they are all playing nice. They can see when dogs need a break and are proactive to avoid any issues. 10000000% recommend this place. Everyone is amazing and cannot recommend these folks enough. They really do care about our fur babies“

Came black. I spoke to a young lady with my issue at the store. She said the manager would call me back. No call nothing 14.50 down the drain . I know it’s not a lot but I’m a paying customer. “Wow!!! This coffee is not only amazing, but the service is impeccable. Diena is always so friendly and is so kind every single time we go there! She brightens our day every time! The manager also really cares about their customers. She is very kind and always wants to make sure customers get what they want and makes sure they are taken care of. “The best choices are the pistachio cold brew coffee and the raspberry tart. They are my go to. Great atmosphere. I love the fireplaces! Only downside, usually you have a 5 to 10 minute wait to place order and another 5 to 10 minutes to receive your order. They have a shortage of staff, which causes the problem. However, that is the case for most businesses in the current market. I go there once a week. The staff are busy, but are polite and friendly.“

“Wow! I only wish I got the woman's name who helped me today. Above and beyond with helpfulness and answering my questions. I don't drink caffeine anymore so I got an acai protein shake and her recommendation was great! She really took her time with me and didn't rush. There was another lady there who was nice too and helped make drinks. Our drinks and cake pop were great 👍. I officially have a reason to go mountain Mudd again. “My husband and I love Grind House Coffee Shop! The coffee is very good and consistent. The service is also quick for a one woman operation! We especially love the owner, Shannon. Even at 6 in the morning, her smiling face and energetic personality always starts our day off on the right foot.“

“I got a sausage bagel sandwich the other day and the top part was hard as a rock couldn’t enjoy it at all. not sure if they just microwave the whole thing as one including the bagel I’m not sure but I won’t be going back. I also asked for an Americano with cinnamon to be pressed in the espresso drip part, if that was possible, and the girl cut me off and said yes, we have cinnamon, but then I got my drink and cinnamon powder was in the drink (about 1/2 inch at the bottom.. A little excessive) when I wanted it to be poured with the espresso if that makes sense. I understand some espresso machines are automatic so that’s not possible but that’s why I was asking if they could do that.“

“I enjoy meeting my friends at City Brew for coffee and a nice chat in front of the fireplace! They are consistent across the state and easy to find! Coffee is very good and a rewards program that is simple and straightforward.

Two things I would love to see: free refills on brewed coffee when you are in-store, and an option to remove the ice or ask for light ice when ordering a cold drink in the app.“

The baristas are always so nice and friendly. They never outwardly judge my diabetes in a cup order and always add the perfect amount of whipped cream and caramel. This place is perfect for a coffee before work/school because they always pump my drink out in a timely manner. Outstanding!!!“

“Excellent healthy food and plenty of options. Self-ordering systems for those who know what their doing. Order at counter if you need to ask questions. Rarely are all the kiosks working so I may end up waiting for one to open. Most of the time I come in they seem to be cleaning the lemonade stands. Must be the schedule.

“We are on vacation and I made it a point to stop here for coffee because on past trips I have had a phenomenal experience. That was not the case today. When we entered, we were not greeted with a friendly “hello” or “good morning”, but instead were snapped at by this witchy woman saying “the line is over there”. I’ll offer an alternative, next time a “good morning! Please form a line over here and we’ll be right with you!” Next, the man running the register was very impatient with us as we decided on what we wanted, and he was quite rude as well, acting like we should know the difference between a latte and a macchiato. None of our party are coffee shop workers, and we couldn’t be expected to know this. Then, as a group of women came inside and stood in line, 2 ladies went toward the restroom and the man snapped at them as well saying “ladies, nope, you have to make a purchase first”. How embarrassing for those ladies! What if they had a medical condition? Or what if they simply wanted to wash their hands before getting food and drink? All this to say, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in this establishment today, and I’m not sure I’ll return on my next vacation because who wants to be yelled at first thing Saturday morning when you’re just trying to get a good coffee to start the day off right? Gross. I’d consider retraining those two employees and teach them some basic manners.“

“It was okay service, it definitely took pretty long through the drive through, about 90 seconds per car. I know that's fast in most things, but typically Starbucks does 30-45 seconds. We ordered: Venti Iced Caramel Brulee with 2 extra pumps of caramel; Venti Caramel Macchiato, 5 shots, Blonde, Stirred; Turkey Bacon and Egg sandwich, warmed; Bacon and Gouda breakfast sandwich, warmed. I have been inside this Starbucks previously, and the interior is nice and clean.“
