“What an amazing atmosphere and exceptional customer service! We were there for a small get together my son reserved the private room for and they went above and beyond! They close at 9 and some of us were still chatting and the ladies working were so kind while they were closing, never once pushing us out the door. I will recommend them to anyone and will continue to support them as much as I can.“

Staff is super friendly and helpful. They let you choose your tea leaf! We had a very large order and he was patient through it all. Both the drinks and bingsu we ordered were amazing. Incredibly pleased!
He even brought us some free snacks to enjoy while waiting for our order.

“Absolutely one of my new favorites! I was in town for a quick one day visit, and stop by the 24th St. location. The staff and crew are friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working, amazing people, with fabulous personalities, and clearly a love for what they do! The breakfast burritos are phenomenal, the pastries are delicious, the coffee is top notch! Make sure you try their mini donuts! Absolutely delicious! If you are not a coffee, lover, They have a great selection of fresh tea also! With lots of unique special recipes to tantalize your taste buds. My favorite part of all is that they are a dog friendly, establishment. The wall of dogs was the coolest thing I’ve seen yet! You can even bring your fur baby in to have coffee with you. And make sure you bring a picture of your Furry Best Dog Pal to put on the “Wall Of Dogs” and get 10% off your purchase. All in all, I would give this place 10 stars! A+ Love it and plan on returning as soon as I can.“

“They know my dogs by name, they ask how they are doing all the time. Love the diy dog wash super clean and we are in and out in 30min. They provide everything from towels to dryer and they beat part I don’t have to clog up my bathtub. The daycare is top notch always someone in there watching the dogs and making sure they are all playing nice. They can see when dogs need a break and are proactive to avoid any issues. 10000000% recommend this place. Everyone is amazing and cannot recommend these folks enough. They really do care about our fur babies“

“Rented Poly's Place for a venue for my daughters baby shower. Owner is so friendly and accommodating. Very cool retro coffee shop with plenty of space and awesome decor.“

“Ordered Breakfast Saturday a breakfast sandwich to be exact threw delivery. I’m allergic to pork and stated that in my comments to take off pork sausage. I ordered a Coffee 5 cream and 2 sugar. Came black. I spoke to a young lady with my issue at the store. She said the manager would call me back. No call nothing 14.50 down the drain . I know it’s not a lot but I’m a paying customer. Terrible..“

“This is a hidden gem in the public library. They are nestled in the corner where the used books are sold.
We will eat here every time we come! My son had a HUGE Ruben sandwich, I had lovely tomato soup. We also ended up purchasing about 10 books and several CDs!
Wish we had known sooner about Stompin Grounds, and wish we had been able to eat there more frequently!!“

“We are on vacation and I made it a point to stop here for coffee because on past trips I have had a phenomenal experience. That was not the case today. When we entered, we were not greeted with a friendly “hello” or “good morning”, but instead were snapped at by this witchy woman saying “the line is over there”. I’ll offer an alternative, next time a “good morning! Please form a line over here and we’ll be right with you!” Next, the man running the register was very impatient with us as we decided on what we wanted, and he was quite rude as well, acting like we should know the difference between a latte and a macchiato. None of our party are coffee shop workers, and we couldn’t be expected to know this. Then, as a group of women came inside and stood in line, 2 ladies went toward the restroom and the man snapped at them as well saying “ladies, nope, you have to make a purchase first”. How embarrassing for those ladies! What if they had a medical condition? Or what if they simply wanted to wash their hands before getting food and drink? All this to say, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in this establishment today, and I’m not sure I’ll return on my next vacation because who wants to be yelled at first thing Saturday morning when you’re just trying to get a good coffee to start the day off right? Gross. I’d consider retraining those two employees and teach them some basic manners.“

“Excellent healthy food and plenty of options. Self-ordering systems for those who know what their doing. Order at counter if you need to ask questions. Rarely are all the kiosks working so I may end up waiting for one to open. Most of the time I come in they seem to be cleaning the lemonade stands. Must be the schedule.

Service was great overall as usual (this store is even nice to delivery drivers!), but really appreciated the help getting my order just right.“

“I had the Thai chicken wrap and I have mixed feelings about this one. The bites that had sauce on the chicken and rice were amazing But there were many bites that were just bland rice. For the peanut sauce, I would recommend dicing it up finer instead of leaving big chunks of peanuts in there.

“I had an amazing experience yesterday! (Friday) I went in to grab a coffee while getting my oil changed. I forgot the gal’s name that was working, but she was blonde and had a unique name. Seriously so friendly. We talked like we had been friends forever, super friendly staff. I ended up walking out with a coffee, and a new pair of super cute boots. They had sooo much cute stuff and pretty good coffee! I will recommend them every time!“
