The staff and crew are friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working, amazing people, with fabulous personalities, and clearly a love for what they do! My favorite part of all is that they are a dog friendly, establishment. The wall of dogs was the coolest thing I’ve seen yet! You can even bring your fur baby in to have coffee with you. “I don’t normally do reviews but wanted to commend Krispy Kreme on handling a mix up situation with wrong donuts for my son’s birthday celebration at school. They were apologetic, kind and to the point when I went in to complain. I also just received a follow-up phone call further explaining the mix up and suggesting what I should do for orders in the future. We will definitely use their services again.“
