I don’t normally do reviews but wanted to commend Krispy Kreme on handling a mix up situation with wrong donuts for my son’s birthday celebration at school. They were apologetic, kind and to the point when I went in to complain. I also just received a follow-up phone call further explaining the mix up and suggesting what I should do for orders in the future. We will definitely use their services again.
Went to get donuts and the girl who helped me was amazing ! It said Abigail on the receipt! Great customer service
I love this place for my donuts. The staff is always so kind and patient with me when I'm ordering, as I usually can't make up my mind on my order. Some complaints about the prices,but you get what you pay for.
