We went through the drive through only because the lobby wasn’t open. That’s a shame because we’ve always liked going inside and watching the donuts being made and seeing what they have behind the counter. The donuts were good but the visit there was disappointing.
Used to love this place, but they haven't been the same since COVID. Customer service dipped, seasonal donuts advertised through their rewards program are often not carried through the Billings branch, and they have discontinued the birthday rewards for the foreseeable future. Almost any other Donut option in Billings is a better option.

I don’t normally do reviews but wanted to commend Krispy Kreme on handling a mix up situation with wrong donuts for my son’s birthday celebration at school. They were apologetic, kind and to the point when I went in to complain. I also just received a follow-up phone call further explaining the mix up and suggesting what I should do for orders in the future. We will definitely use their services again.
