We were frequent customers. Near nightly. Pros: Good customer service Friendly staff Good menu Quality drinks Convenient in location for us Cons: Employees can have difficulty making the drinks as indicated on the menu, specifically the dairy options On Thursday evening we went before work to get coffees. Excellent staff! The coffee and ice cream are outstanding. Just a recommendation, the texts on the screen menu can be bigger. I am still having ok eye sight but for older people they might have issues.

What an amazing atmosphere and exceptional customer service! We were there for a small get together my son reserved the private room for and they went above and beyond! They close at 9 and some of us were still chatting and the ladies working were so kind while they were closing, never once pushing us out the door. I will recommend them to anyone and will continue to support them as much as I can.
