we were tonight getting some milkshakes. the employees were talking with a customer in front of us that they knew through the drive up window. hanging out the window while doing it. one of the employees knocked over our milk shake and was in the process of cleaning it up. when I drove up. but acted like it was never knocked it over. took my money and gave me my shakes. I said the milk shake was knocked over he just shut the window.
Lockwood DQ. Food was good. Employees are friendly. I was a little disappointed the lobby remains closed during business hours when many restaurants have opened their doors. (I'm mask friendly) There are many truck drivers who I've seen have to walk through the drive through just to order food.In years past I've enjoyed going here and eating in the restaurant.

Not many choices in lockwood, so I'm thankful we have a dairy queen. The staff is always friendly & food is fresh. But it could definitely use some updates on the inside the lobby is pretty run down & dated. It could also use a really good cleaning inside. I am also disappointed they got rid of all things cherry I lived the cherry dip cones but that's not this locations fault
