This is one of the better run McDonalds that we have seen. And considering it is attached to the truck stop makes it unusual that it is this way. Very quick with orders and also polite workers. You could hear them talking to each other about what is needed in the back but there is no yelling/talking back. Kudos to the manager and staff!
The afternoon crew definitely treats the public better, I went in this morning to get a large iced coffee and asked for light ice and I got a cup filled a little over a inch to the the top, i asked them to please fill it to the top, the manager responded with just put more ice in it... I have my problems but stealing from people I don't do, manipulating orders with a filler...they train their people to be rude and its getting worse each passing new person..I probably won't ever...read full review
Stop here for a quick bite. We used the kiosks, there was nobody when we get there. So we're expecting we will get our order fast, we got the number receipt and wait. While waiting people start to lined up. They got their order, and we still waiting. So, I stood up and asked why we don't have our orders yet. Employee asked for my receipt and just pointed the screen and told me here. WOW REALLY nothing to say that's it. REALLY BAD experience. Not coming back to this location...read full review
