Dani was amazing! We ordered in the app (1st time) and I messed up adding onion rings on my burger when I thought I was ordering a regular size order. She was so sweet. We asked to order a small then and she graciously made them and gave them to us at no charge! Certainly did not have to since it was my own darn fault. So thank you Dani!!!! Your customer service skills are on point!

Every single time I have been here and I’ve lived in Billings for 4 years all but a few times have I not had to pull around and wait sometimes up to 8 minutes or even longer for our food no matter what time of day! It gets so old, what happened to Fast Food in a drive up??

I'm stressing out here that the BKs are closing, one by one! I have to drive further and further away to find one. I truly hope they don't all close! They have the only burgers I'll eat! The staff are always friendly, food and fries always hot.
