“PAYS Cafe is me and my husband’s favorite breakfast in Billings. After your third time in you’re treated like family. Pam is top notch serving staff, Dave is a fantastic and fast cook, and Tina is friendly and helpful. Don’t miss this place, and don’t give Pam any guff. She’ll put you in your place ;) I order home made pie every time. Authentic diner experience!“
