Just got two Chicken Al Pastor Salads and they were filling and delicious 😋 The staff was working hard, fast and all appeared to enjoy their job. This is super important. It usually sets the energy for an establishment and this location definitely had some good energy.
The Chipotle in Billings, Mt is always out of vegetables and they don’t offer to cook any either. I am done with Chipotle. Qdoba always has veggies.
Ordered tonight- the orders were all wrong. Which irritated me…. But would have been all good if I could
Have just called the store and had someone help us get it right. Unfortunately your automated phone system makes it so you literally can’t through to a local team member for anything. How is that a good business practice? Come on guys!

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers great food. The burritos are impressive, reminiscent of childhood. Despite occasional lack of chips, the friendly staff and delicious food make for a good experience. The atmosphere may not be the best, but the tasty food and polite service make up for it. The staff there seemed to really like their job and it was a cool little place to grab a quick bite to eat. The guys who work there are cordial.
