They’re Sri la are okay but let’s be real it should not hard to mess up a coffee order, but the lack of respect from these girls is beyond repair. They scoff and ask “what do you want” and then at the end of it all ask for a tip? You can get better coffee and service from anywhere else.

The young guy working was very friendly and appreciated my business. Also told me about the new oat milk they started carrying (which is something I love hearing about) I got a vanilla latte and it was one of the best lattes I've ever had!

My husband and I were moving from Washington to Florida and drove down. In the way we stopped by this coffee shop and had the best chai we’ve ever had. It was the seasonal one with the pumpkin soft top. We’ve had many chais from many different coffee shops, considering there’s a different coffee shop on every corner in Washington and it topped anything we’ve ever had. Bummed we won’t ever get it again ?

I ordered a salted mocha cold brew as I have done a few times before. When I picked up my order today I told the gal it didn’t look right as it was very dark, had no soft top or drizzle. Had no cream and no caramel flavor at all. I expressed this the the lady at the window who I believe is the manager and she responded by putting soft top on it but that however did not address the other concerns I mentioned. I was completely unsurprised when the coffee tasted like black coffee with mocha in it without any trace of salted caramel. I usually get a coffee from this particular kiosk daily but I can say without a doubt I will never be back.
Reliably great coffee over the years, hot or cold, winter or summer. The baristas are friendly and know their coffees and other drinks as well. They check with you on how you'd like you coffee made, if there is more than one common way, and they carry a good variety of dairy alternatives if you need one. I'm lucky to have had a stand close to me for so long.

I come to Classy & Sassy nearly every day! The 6th Ave location is especially amazing! Emma and Taylor always remember my drink, my car, my face, all of it! Talking to these girls, and getting my drink in the morning definitely helps me start my day better. I have been to all other locations as well, I have never had a single issue with any of them.
