The staff was friendly and very accepting of my daughter and her special needs class on her birthday. Some of the games did malfunction and not give the kids their tickets, and cards on the coin machines. The " red shirts" didn't seem to care but the party coordinator was amazing, front greeter that took money was amazing and the servers were amazing too. Absolutely obsessed with this place! Even though the buffet isn't huge the food is absolutely amazing and there is a variety which makes up for the size. My first thought was wow this is small but that changed fast to wow this is delicious! The arcade is SO MUCH FUN as well!!!! We skipped the arcade at first and now we can't go there without hitting up the arcade!!! We go to Pizza ranch every time we are in billings we do lunch then play for a couple hours in the arcade!!!
