I am a regular at another location, and adore and I’ve the girls and service at that location. Unfortunately tonight I was disappointed at this location, I pulled up to the window at 6:30 pm (states online open until 7) and the open sign was on. I sat outside the window for 10 minutes and nobody was inside to be found. I understand maybe beginning to close things up a half hour prior to closing, but it appeared whoever was working tonight genuinely was not paying attention to...
If you don't know what you want just ask they always help me find something.
I love Chai and the maple chai I was recommended was so good. Very sweet but that's kind of what I wanted.

A bit pricey compared to other spots in Billings but tasty every time! Service is also very friendly and I love the free chocolate covered espresso beans! The drive thru line is also tricky at the Heights location. A bit cramped. But again, good coffee and drinks.
