“I hadn't wanted to order Domino's after 2016. The pizza was always low-quality, no matter which store you ordered from.
That was til one fateful night in Idaho Falls, ID, 7/4/2021. It was a late night and Dominos was the only joint open. I chance it, and what a good choice I made. The pizza was very good.
Now, ordering from this Broadwater location, the food is ALWAYS fresh and hot when delivered. Whatever Domino's did during the pandemic to imorove their food/service, please keep that up“
“Every single time I come to this Domino’s every single person that works there is beyond exceptionally nice. I go here at least once a week if not more.The best customer service, always agreed with a smile, a compliment. They truly have the best customer service. The food is always great and in the very, very rare instance there’s ever been a confusion with an order they promptly correct anything.“
“Just ordered some special ordered wing and Mac n cheese for delivery. The gal that took my order online was extremely delightful and very helpful! She threw in a brownie due to personal measures lol… thank you to the gal that answered my online order, you’re the BEST!“
“Called in a order today. Had it delivered to our motel where we are at. The lady on the phone was absolutely awesome and very nice. The delivery Lady was great & nice . “I was a little hesitant to place an online delivery order here due to all the negative reviews in the last few months. But I decided to take my chances. Robert delivered my pizza on time, and everything arrived hot, exactly how I ordered it. He was super friendly too. No complaints here. It's nice to have food delivered sometimes when I'm in a pinch, so I really appreciate the punctuality and of course the quality of the food.“
“I had an awesome experience today at Domino’s Pizza - Billings thanks to Mac and the manager on duty. Mac was polite, professional, and clearly takes pride in what he does. It’s refreshing to see a young man with such a strong work ethic and great customer service skills.
The manager was just as impressive — calm, organized, and running a tight ship. You can tell the team is well-led and that customer satisfaction truly matters at this location.
