Best local, specialty coffee shop in town. I love the matcha here because it’s not a premixed-powder with sugar and other additives, it’s actually just pure, premium-grade matcha tea, prepared with matcha-specific technique. The latte is simply authentic matcha with the milk of your choice; you can certainly request to add honey or a variety of things if you choose. The baked goods are delicious, made from scratch, in-house, and top-shelf. I love the shortbread square! You can tell they bake with premium and well balanced ingredients. Finally, the atmosphere is curated with thoughtful, unique furnishings which come together into a successfully eclectic, cohesive vibe. I really love the energy of the space: wonderful light and for me, the best part, a spectacular variety of thriving, indoor plants. There is also a lovely patio for outside seating with hanging lights. The service is always lovely and kind in my experience and the owners are solid, genuine, friendly, hardworking folks. Definitely, a community favorite!

My Sibling n I came to Ebon Coffee on Strawberry Festive. It’s pretty sad when the Employee Chasia ( Spelt Name Wrong) has better Customer Service than the Owner himself does. The gal that came out was exceedingly Friendly,Personable and really made our day!
My matcha was good, my sis loved her blueberry lemonade n my brother loved his turmeric ginger latte was amazing.

Great local coffee shop. I'm not a coffee drink but they make several great teas. I love their hibiscus tea, its super tasty and very reasonably priced. The customer service here is top notch and the atmosphere is very upbeat. i love all the plants they have decorating the interior too. I would highly recommend this business!!

I have never been disappointed with the food. the workers are always knowledgeable and friendly. prices are a bit much but food is worth it.

I don’t have enough good things to say about Ebon. I’m here frequently, and the staff is always so friendly and makes me feel welcome. The coffee is consistently good and definitely the best I’ve had in Billings. And I just love the atmosphere, it’s a great place to come and relax, to come study, or to meet up with a friend. Ebon offers great coffee and beverage choices. We love that they serve flavors and items uniquely theirs and made in house. Tasty breakfast items, kombuchas, coffee based beverages, and more. The baristas are personable and helpful. Only flaw for us is the atmosphere: Ebon shares a large industrial space with a children's museum/activity center that can be quite noisy. Ebon has limited seating options, but the live plants and local art and gifts are fun!
