Best local, specialty coffee shop in town. I love the matcha here because it’s not a premixed-powder with sugar and other additives, it’s actually just pure, premium-grade matcha tea, prepared with matcha-specific technique. The latte is simply authentic matcha with the milk of your choice; you can certainly request to add honey or a variety of things if you choose. My Sibling n I came to Ebon Coffee on Strawberry Festive. It’s pretty sad when the Employee Chasia ( Spelt Name Wrong) has better Customer Service than the Owner himself does. The gal that came out was exceedingly Friendly,Personable and really made our day!

My matcha was good, my sis loved her blueberry lemonade n my brother loved his turmeric ginger latte was amazing.
