Rick S is an awesome server. Attentive and timely! My chili relleno was tasty with the Verde tomatilo sauce! The hubby enjoyed his chicken enchiladas with the Verde tomatilo sauce too, left a clean plate! The black beans and rice were perfect! The host made us feel welcome! And overall pleasant experience!
My husband and I ordered just Taco's. I always get a water and he a soda. It was $32!! Food was mediocre at best. Neither one of us finished our food due to no flavor. Food was microwaved which made the soft she'll tacos Rubbery. We will not be back.
Guadalajara Heights has potential but fell short during my visit. The lack of air conditioning made the restaurant uncomfortably warm. Service was a major issue; despite repeated requests, we didn’t get water until the end of our meal, and our server never checked back to see if we wanted dessert. We had to find the hostess to pay our bill because our server was outside smoking (for a long time). On the positive side, the food was decent, and the margarita was satisfactory....
