Loved the food, but the service gets negative stars. This location is definitely not "freaky fast". I waited 20 of my 30 minute lunch waiting. When I called the managers response was, "we're doing the best we can" ����
I was alittle disappointed with the Jimmy Johns in Billings. Asked for the 9 grain sandwich and was given half of hoagie and the cash register person said the 9 grain was also in a hoagie and they were promoting it. I told him if I wanted half a hoagie I would have ordered it that way. The girl next to him said she would make my sandwich in the bread. He never asked if I wanted anything in my sandwich like cucumbers. Also they charged me for 2 drinks when we only ordered 1 large....read full review
