When we arrived we were not greeted by any host as the host did not show up for work... our server was tasked with being host and server and also busboy as the restaurant was severely understaffed. Our server however was personable and provided phenomenal service even under these circumstances... he kept apologizing but we were in no hurry as the dining room was situated to watch the sun set while having a great Montana steak dinner. The food was cooked perfect and dining experience...
This was a wonderful experience for a bachelorette dinner in the private dining room. Our waitress was absolutely amazing and the food was perfect. The view of Billings from the private dining room was impressive!
Montana Sky is Billings' hidden gem! We save it for special occasions but not sure we will anymore. We just LOVE the food, the view of Billings skyline, the quiet atmosphere, and the service. Jason has been our server the last few times and is superb. Menu is unique for Billings and has recently been updated. All in our group raved about their own meal selection so I'll have to try those next time! Steaks, pork, pastas...all delish. I would love to see more seafood on...
