I arrived after the lunch rush and I was behind two other customers in line. Maybe 3-5 minutes passed before anyone came to take orders. The two guests in front of me were served and the manager said she would be right back. I waited maybe another 5 minutes and could see the manager walking around the back room on the telephone.
