I am absolutely astonished this Pizza Hut is still in business. I put in an order in at 7:22 pm with an estimated 8:15 delivery time. I did this online mind you. When 8:30 rolled around with no update on my order I called the help line with the number that is tagged, she said they were 15 minute out from my apartment. When it hit 9:22 I had officially had it because it was 2 hours since I ordered my pizza so I call again to cancel my order and to tell them that a 2 hour wait is ridiculous for 1 pizza and an order of cinnamon bread sticks. Not only do they not answer but they hung up on my husband. You can best believe I’m never going to order from this Pizza Hut ever again.Just an update it is officially 10:05 and our order never came and they will not answer.

We ordered pizza at 4:28 (online) with an estimated delivery time of 4:58. Made a phone call to the store to inquire about where our pizza was 30 minutes after estimated delivery time, we were told that the pizza was done cooking and was waiting for a delivery driver. Another estimated 20 minutes before a delivery driver would be available. I asked to speak to a manager, who did not identify herself with a name, and was told the same story that the first person told me. I was told I can wait for a delivery driver or I can cancel my order. I requested the pizza but to have it free. I was told by the so-called manager that it doesn't work that way. She was very rude on the phone and ended up hanging up on me. I immediately called back because I wanted my order cancelled and refunded to me. She states she did not hang up on me and heard me say to cancel my order. I am shocked at how I was treated. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut King Ave branch in the near future. If they can't have adequate employees then they need to accommodate when they are not able to fulfill orders.

I was in the facility waiting on service which did not happen. I approached the counter and attempted to place an order and told the lady that I have been waiting for some time. Her response was if you didn't check in with us we wouldn't know why you were here. The place only had 3 tables that they were serving. Because of the waitress's response I chose to leave. Unfortunately it was really an easy fix to provide customer service and this was not a priority. I will not return.

We tired 3 different numbers, and they sent us to a call center. It was Superbowl, so I also tried to order online only to get an error message. I also tried to order from 3 different places with carryout online and still got an error message.

We had our sons birthday party here. I called ahead and Leo was very helpful with everything we needed to do. He suggested calling in the day before with our order so it would be ready right when we got there and it was hot and fresh. We had a large group and the service was great. We had to order extra food once we got there and it was easy to do so and came out quick.

i ordered food and they forgot my drink. the dilivery guy said he would be back but never showed. i tried calling but they never answered the phone. so all in all they pretty much robbed me.

My wife and I dropped in from out of town, and was greeted by a delightful young lady. The service was excellent and the pizza was very tasty.
