Forgot half our order then refuse to answer phone. Do we get a refund on the tip and delivery fee beens having to head to the store now...?Edit: they were sitting on counter... manager was nice and made fresh ones and gave coupons for some personal pan pizzas.... so will upgrade from 1 to 3 but leaving original paragraph... thank you for making right.
I can't decide how to pick up a pizza from here. You can wait in the line for the window for 10 minutes while someone who was way to early waits for their pizza to cook at the window. Or you can stand at the front desk for 10 plus minutes as everyone ignores you standing there. Pizza Hut really needs to adopt fast food processes for their window orders.

We had our sons birthday party here. I called ahead and Leo was very helpful with everything we needed to do. He suggested calling in the day before with our order so it would be ready right when we got there and it was hot and fresh. We had a large group and the service was great. We had to order extra food once we got there and it was easy to do so and came out quick.
