For some reason all the employees are slow when preparing your order. It could be the smallest order but takes over 15 minutes to get ready. The employees are nice but just don't have the work ethic.
I order these food through the DoorDash app. I got a 1/4 lb Popcorn Shrimp Dinner, Handcrafted Tender Combo(5 pcs) and a Classic Chicken Sandwich. Everything came hot and fresh and smelled good.The food were mostly perfect. The sandwich was huge, and the meat was tender and delicious. Workers were nice and food good. But really disappointing and inconvenient that only the drive-thru was open in the middle of the day. Why!? Also I had to wait for 15 minutes for chicken to get cooked!!!
