Ordered chicken, they said they were out of sides I wanted, then when I got home, all chicken was spicy, no bicsuits and they were closed called back next day, manager seemed fine with replacing meal but when I went to get it said oh we weren't out of anything last night. So when I got to the window the young man said she wasn't there when I originally was there last night. As a manager why have an attitude and call someone a liar about something you didn't even know about you weren't there. And the topper the bag my order came in was dirty, as off the floor... I did take pictures too?Don't and will never go or recommend this place maybe the owners need to pop in for a visit!

First pick up was fine.(DoorDash) 2nd was horrible. You have two little girls who need a lesson on customer service. They hand me the food, no drinks. She then asks me what they are. I ask for a drink carrier. Then she closes the window and screams, get out of my drive-thru! Really unbelievable. Your business should be ashamed of itself.

Got the worst service ever employees were too busy playing grab ass and not dealing with the fact that they had to cook food my fish was over cooked they would not refund my money so I had to go to Dairy Queen to get something to eat I think that Popeyes needs to be closed down because they are not doing their job right

30 minutes in the drive thru. The lobby is closed so they are literally helping 1 person at a time. And yet it still takes 30 minutes. Not to mention the quality of their food has to be the bottom 1% of Popeyes in existence.

Workers were nice and food good. But really disappointing and inconvenient that only the drive-thru was open in the middle of the day. Why!? Also I had to wait for 15 minutes for chicken to get cooked!!!

This store uses more excuses than results. If you order online, expect over an hour for your delivery. Manager is very unprofessional and hides behind her employees. Get your chicken elsewhere folks.

My sister, her husband and her 4 kids were ahead of us and ordered 6 chicken tender meals and only got 2 dipping sauces then they pulled back around and asked us to get the sauce and just hand it across and they told us to pull forward and they never showed up with it. The lobby was also closed. We are 10 hours from home waiting on them to bring us what we ordered. And then they shorted us sauce also and a fry. But we didn’t want to get home at midnight so we had to leave. They even come outside to give someone else their order that had to pull ahead also. Very unhappy..

Waited 40 minutes for my food and I didn't even get everything I ordered and wasn't gonna waste another 40 minutes waiting for them to correct it. Last time I went to this Popeyes was 2 years ago, I ordered a Chicken Sandwich, bit into and it was pink still...I won't be going back and if it closes down, good.

Drive-through service only. Closes at 5 PM. Maybe when this place can get staffed up correctly we will see a return to the usual Popeyes excellent service
Horrible service. Order a fried shrimp platter and a chicken sandwich platter The shrimp were almost all breading and the tea was absolutely disgusting. The chicken sandwich platter was missing the chicken sandwich. We were on break for lunch so didn't have time to go back and let them know about the issues. Will never go back to a Montana Popeyes. They should shut these restaurants down as it ruins the reputation of a great chain.

Ordered chicken tenders macaroni and mashed potatoes through the drive through. Took off and opened it down the road. No napkins. No silverware. I ate the chicken. My dog got the macaroni and mashed potatoes. Every time this has happened. I've finally learned lesson. You won't see me again.

For some reason all the employees are slow when preparing your order. It could be the smallest order but takes over 15 minutes to get ready. The employees are nice but just don't have the work ethic.

This review is specifically for the location in Billings, Montana. We actually didn't even get to eat because the service was so slow. We waited nearly twenty minutes just to get ready to order...then another customer came up to us and told us we probably wouldn't want to order because she had been waiting over 30 minutes for her food. This was also around 2pm...so not a rush time either. We only counted three staff...two taking orders and one cooking/preparing food in the back...which is not their fault...but definitely a management issue. In post-pandemic life...it's acceptable to not be open or close early/open late if you do not have the staffing...and this was definitely the case. You cannot operate a fast-food place with 3 employees.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Popeyes has not been even at 1 star in a very, very long time. I always avoid Popeyes because how terrible the food and service had been in the past, but today I thought maybe they'll be better. I was wrong. We waited about 20 minutes just to get up to the speaker box, we order a family meal of 10 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, and 5 biscuits. We wait about anothet 25 minutes to get up to the window, we then pay for our food. The cashier closes the window and comes back 30 seconds later stating they are waiting on chicken and asked if we could pull around front. I asked how long will the wait be, he says let me ask. He closes the window and comes back another minute later and says we are actually out of chicken. I am annoyed... I know that it isn't his fault but the least he could have done was tell me this at the speaker box so I would not have wasted the time continuing to wait in line. The management for this establishment needs to turn it around if they want to stay in business. It is constantly back to back food issues, whether it's cold food, no food, or terrible food.
